Feast sommelier Bret Heiar, was one of two winners from Chicago in the 2010-2011 Australian Regional Wine Immersion Program. With over 30 participants from Chicago alone, Heiar and Green Zebra sommelier Mary, sipped and swirled their way through copious amounts of Australian wine, to win themselves a trip to Australia.
Over 100 participants from four cities took the class, with the winners from each city winning a trip to various wine growing regions in Australia.
